We maintain a stable, 12-hive apiary of Italian honey bees (Apis mellifera ligustica) specifically selected for their suitability to the South Texas climate. Our operations produce raw, local honey and beeswax, supported by a dedicated three-plot forage rotation system to ensure consistent, high-value nutrition for our colonies year-round.

We facilitate specialized land access and leasing agreements across our 20-acre property. This includes designated areas for recreational field activities, hunting dog training, and our seasonal photo-op fields—which act in a synergistic cycle to provide secondary forage for our apiary.
